NOC is Nantahala Outdoor Center. They are a full service kayak retail store, rafting outpost and paddling instruction center located in Bryson City, North Carolina. The operations are located on the banks of the Nantahala River on Highway 19 West. This video covers the annual NOC Demo Daze, Springtime event, which occurred this year on April 25th, 2009, and gives an opportunity to get to know a few of the manufacturer representatives and their products.  Contrary to the crusty, river-rat, stereotype, all these folks are very knowledgeable professionals and aptly witted as you may notice.
